Funny Little Guy

On Sunday we went to Jason's parents house to have dinner. Noah was sitting on the floor playing with toys when his Uncle Nic started singing, "Noah, Noah bo boah, banana fana fo foa"...etc. You know the song. Then Noah jumped up and started dancing. Well, his own sort of dancing, it was more of an Irish jig jumping thing. We didn't get it on video then but yesterday I sang the song to him and he started dancing again. Here is the video. It was just so funny, I had to share it! (I couldn't get it on my blogger but if you click on the link below and you can see it).

Noah's little dance

Here are some random pictures that I took of Noah this week. I let him pick out his own clothes and this is what he chose. No pants of course, and his yellow shirt with his Sunday tie.

He put himself in his dump truck and barely fits. Too bad he can't get himself out of the truck.

Much to Jason's dismay, Noah likes to try on shoes. Not just any shoes, but Mommy's heels. It may be because he spends way too much time with me. (Notice the unpacked box in the background, I still haven't found a home for it yet.)

Delicious chocolates

This entry is mainly for you Mom but it will be fun for everyone to read. A couple of months ago I caught Noah eating from a box of my favorite cherry cordials that come out at Christmas time. He was covered in the delicious creamy cherry center and chocolate and looked so cute in it. But, he got stickiness all over my freshly cleaned kitchen floor, so I took away the rest of his chocolate and since it was the last one, I popped the rest of it in my mouth. They are really yummy! Well, I told my Mom what happened and she felt bad for Noah, so she bought him his own little box of See's cherry cordials to eat all for himself. He was so excited too he kept saying, "yeah!"Here is my little guy in action..

He started out innocently enough

Then he popped the whole thing in his mouth!

Of course he hit the tub after that. Thanks Mom! Noah had fun, and so did I.

Our animated selves

My friend Markey made an avatar of herself and I thought it would be fun to do that too. Here are Noah and I in our animated forms going on a walk. I know it's silly but it was fun to do!Meez 3D avatar avatars games

Here are a bunch of pictures we took this weekend. We took Noah to the living planet aquarium in Sandy. It was his first time and he loved seeing all of the fish. It took Noah a while to put his hand in the water to touch the manta rays but he finally did. He also got to go outside and swing with cousin Tatum on a warmish day.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Noah and I made sugar cookies last night for Valentine's Day. He helped me make the dough and frost and sprinkle the cookies. His favorite part was putting the sprinkles on. I had a hard time stopping him. I hope Daddy likes lots of sprinkles on his cookies! Noah and I also cut out a bunch of hearts to put in Daddy's car. I got up early this morning and snuck out the door to heart-attack the car for Jason. It was so fun, we put candy in there for him to snack on on his way to school. We love you Jason and appreciate all you do for Noah and I. You are the best husband and daddy anyone could ask for. Happy Valentine's Day babe!

P.S. - (Doesn't Noah look just like Jason in that cookie picture?!)

Little Monkey

This will just be a quick little entry but what I caught my boys doing last night was so funny, I had to share. Last night Jason was playing with Noah and this is what I found them doing... Noah was being a little monkey (and hanging on for dear life). Thankfully Jason was right underneath him. Oh, the things these 2 do for fun...

A few new tricks

This week has been a big one for Noah because he has learned to do 2 new things. (I am not too excited about either). On Monday we were making cookies, Noah was standing on the chair next to me at the counter and that was when he realized that if he moved the chair, he could climb up and get anywhere in the kitchen. On Tuesday morning, I found him sitting on top of the counter putting noodles in the toaster. I also found one of his plastic baby spoons in there when the house started to smell like burning plastic after I made a piece of toast. I think we need a new toaster now. This is a picture of Noah and I making caramel corn. Noah's other new trick is opening doors. He was getting his toothpaste out of the drawer in his bathroom (so he could eat it), so I put the toothpaste back and shut the door. Less than a minute later, he had the toothpaste again. At least he can't open the front door yet, I may have to leave it locked constantly.

So much snow!

This winter has been a long one because of all the snow we have recently received. Noah and I have had a little cabin fever so we went outside in our little backyard and built a snowman. Well, I built it while Noah played in the snow and tried to throw it at me. Silly guy. It started to get really cold so our snowman is more a snow dwarf. He's little like Noah.
