37 weeks (almost)

We had a doctors appointment today and all went well. There is definitely progress! The baby is head down and I am 1.5 centimeters and 80% effaced! (That explains the sharp pains I have been having lately down by the babies head.) We have 3 weeks left but I think this little boy may come sooner than we thought. The pack n' play is up and ready, the diaper bag is packed as well as the video camera. I think we are ready for our little boy to get here!

Cycle Bike

My little Noah is all BoY and absolultey loves cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Well, he finally got to take a ride with Uncle Eric on his "cycle bike" around the block and he loved it!

He looks a little scared here but he has a blast! Thanks Uncle Eric!

35 weeks!

I can't believe that our baby is coming in 5 weeks! There is not much to report, it has been a pretty uneventful pregnancy and that's fine with me. The Braxton Hicks are becoming a little more uncomfortable but my sciatic nerve hasn't hurt me at all for several weeks. We've been trying to prepare Noah for a little brother. He often puts his hand on my belly to feel the baby move and he'll give him kisses. I'm not sure if he really understands that Mommy will have to give a lot of attention to the baby, but that will be a hurdle we'll jump when we get to it I guess. I'll be sure to post more as we get closer.

Easter weekend

We had a great Easter this year. My little sister Eryn got to come visit us all of last week during her spring break. It was so nice to have her here. We spent practically the whole weekend at my sister Elyse's house for the Easter festivities. Here is Noah finding his Easter basket.
Noah and his cousin Tatum got to hunt for Easter eggs at Aunt Marnie's house. They were so cute dressed in their Easter Sunday clothes!

The boys got so much candy this year that I think i'll ask the Easter bunny to just put toys in Noah's basket next year. I keep finding him sneaking jelly beans and peeps!

It doesn't look like it from the picture, but the boys did have a lot of fun, it was great weather for an Easter egg hunt!

Here is our family. I'm getting bigger with just 5 weeks left!

We also died eggs with the boys. They loved having the freedom to use markers and dye without getting in trouble. We've been eating lots of egg salads, deviled eggs and hard boiled eggs since Sunday!
