Tetons 2012

A  few weeks ago, we got to go to the Tetons for my family's reunion. We had a great time as usual and were pleasantly surprised by the lack of mosquitoes this year.

Allie is all ready for the 5 hour drive in the back of daddy's truck!

Friday morning, we got to hike to the wind cave. Jason stayed at camp with the kids so that I could go on the hike. There is a little waterfall at the mouth of the cave and it is just beautiful!

Saturday, we had the Bradley family Olympics. Everyone gets to participate in lots of different competitions. My Dad introduced the pioneer stick game several years ago and this year, was the first time he actually got to play it!

I love the look on Noah's face in this picture as he and Tatum lost their egg during the egg toss!

Penny hunt:

Water balloons!

Logan's first time on the bungee. He wasn't sure at first, but ended up loving it!

Allie was a very happy camper and loved playing in the dirt and rocks.

Quality time with Grandma Sylvie.

Logan and my little cousin Nichole bonded during the Tetons, he just loved playing with her!

It was wonderful to be with family and just relax in my favorite place in the world to be... the Tetons!

First Grade

Noah started school this week. He is a big first grader now! He will be going to school all day now and gets to eat lunch there too. He is really excited to make lots of new friends!

I interviewed Noah before school so that in the future, we can remember this stage in his life.

I love that Allie and Logan are being themselves in the background!

The Zoo

We decided to head to Hogle Zoo last Saturday. It happened to be the last Saturday before school started and I think half of Utah was there also! Despite the crowds, we ended up having a great time.

Allie absolutely loves animals. Anytime she sees a dog or horse or anything furry, she starts waving and saying "hi goggie" over and over. We knew she would love the zoo!

It was our first time seeing the new part of the zoo called rocky shores. It was so neat to see the seals and sea lions swimming around. Allie loved the polar bear but when we got to the brown bears, she was really scared!

It was a great day and we can't wait to go back... maybe on a weekday next time though!
