3 days left!
I think we are ready for a visit from Santa. The tree is up,
the stockings are hung, 
we learned about the reason we are celebrating Christmas,
we saw the lights at Thanksgiving Point,
we tried our first hot chocolate floats at the deli at Thanksgiving Point, (they were so good, the boys were in heaven!)
the presents are mostly all wrapped and Logan has been good at not touching them, (hopefully the "coal" gift is not for you!)
our gingerbread houses are made,
Santa has been visited and the boys did great sitting on his lap. Noah asked for a Lego DS (who knows what that is!) We saw Santa at our ward Christmas party, Noah later told me that elves are not that tall!
We love Christmas and can't wait for the festivities to begin but most of all, we love our Savior and a Holiday dedicated to celebrating his birth.

1st piano recital
A while ago, we bought some Star Wars sheet music and Noah has asked me to play it for him so many times so, I decided it was time he play it for himself! I wrote on the keys which notes he should play and he played them! My little virtuoso in training plays the piano! Here is Noah's first piano recital:

Thinking Pink!
We had our ultrasound today and it looks like we get our little girl after all! I was so nervous going to Doctor today because I kept thinking of all the things that could be wrong but everything looks great. She was very cooperative and we could see all of her organs and limbs very well.

(Here is her little profile with her hand in her mouth.)The due date of April 14th still stands. Noah is excited because he says he wanted the baby to be a girl because we already have a boy. I am so excited because now I won't be outnumbered in this house.
The ultrasound tech also did a 3D pic for us and you can see her sweet little face. I think she has Logan's nose. When they told me it was a girl, I couldn't help but cry because I was so happy... and Jason laughed at me! I love my little boys so much but this mommy is so ready for a little girl!
On a side note, I wanted to share the experience I had while we were at the Tetons for our family reunion this last summer. We usually have a church meeting on Sunday up there and while my Grandpa was sharing a story about his mother, I had this overwhelming feeling that I was pregnant (because I didn't know for sure yet at that time) and that this baby is very special spirit and is a girl. I also felt that we should name her after my great-Grandma, which is a name that Jason and I have discussed and liked for a long time. I'm not going to tell you the name though, until she gets here. I need to leave a little surprise right? I told Jason about the feeling I had but he told me to not get my hopes up just in case. When it came time for the ultrasound today, I was of course questioning myself but I was relieved to hear that she is a girl! We are so thrilled and I can't wait to get started on the nursery and to finally shop on the pink side of the stores.

We got Snow!
Noah has been anxiously awaiting the arrival of some fresh snow. We have had a few small storms but now we have enough to do some serious playing. While Logan napped, Noah and I bundled up and headed outside. We tried to build a snowman but the snow wouldn't stick together so, we had a snowball fight and made snow angels.
Then I pulled him around on the sled for a bit but quickly got tired of that. He loved it though! 
Then, I filled some water bottles with colored water and we drew in the snow. It was lots of fun, maybe tomorrow I will let Logan play in the snow too! 
I love you my Noah, it was so fun to play with you today!
P.S.- We get our ultrasound on Wednesday and get to find out the gender of this little baby!

Halloween
Halloween was lots of fun this year. We got to go to a pumpkin patch and pick out some pumpkins as part of Noah's field trip.
There was a petting zoo and the boys loved chasing the pigs, chickens and goats around. After that I had to de-poopify our shoes but at least the kids enjoyed it!
We did some pumpkin carving and seed baking:
We got to go to our church Halloween party. Noah was Anakin Skywalker and Logan was a pirate. We found Ethan the storm trooper and Uncle Eric Darth Vader and had to grab a picture too!
(Noah was happy but has a hard time smiling for pictures sometimes!)
We did some trick-or-treating but it was raining so no pictures of that. Once the rain stopped, we had so many trick-or-treaters that we almost ran out of candy! It was lots of fun!

Disneyland 2010!
One of the main things I wanted to do in California was to take the boys to Disneyland. When I was a little girl, my Grandpa worked for Disney and got free tickets so we went all the time...it was wonderful! So, of course I want my kids to experience the "Happiest place on Earth". We found some way cheap park hopper tickets through Craig's List and headed to Anaheim. My parents and sister Eryn and her boyfriend Reed all came with us. It was so nice to have all the extra hands to help take care of the kids. Here's the whole group (Reed took the picture):

We headed to California adventure first and did the rapid ride. It was way fun but and Noah was really looking forward to riding it but he was like half an inch too short! Poor guy! We did take them on the Toy Story ride and both boys {Loved} it! Here's Grandpa Lynn and Logan:
On our way over to Tower of Terror, we ran into Chip and Dale. They totally loved Noah and he loved them too! Poor Logan missed it because he fell asleep.
I think my very most favorite ride between both parks is Tower of Terror. It just doesn't get old! I took a picture of our picture on the ride:
Did you notice the huge grin on my Dad's face? Time of his life! Then we headed to Disneyland and got to see Captain Eo. I haven't seen that since 1980...something.
We got to do the submarine ride, Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones and lots more fun stuff. We all loved the Haunted Mansion because it was all decked out for Halloween. It looked amazing and Noah loved the ghosties!
The one thing that Noah was looking forward to most at Disneyland was Jedi training. They bring out a couple of Jedi and show the kids how to use a light saber and then Darth Vader and Darth Maul come out to fight the little paduan. There were so many kids there waiting for training that of course Noah didn't get picked to do it. I was heartbroken for him and almost cried. Silly, I know but he still had fun seeing the Star Wars guys.
By the end of the day, we were all so exhausted but we got to see one more thing in California Adventure called World of Color. It was amazing but Noah was so tired, he actually fell asleep right on the ground!
We had a great day and can't wait to go back in September with Jason's family!
