Cookies!!

If you are anything like me, then you probably have several different recipes for a simple chocolate chip cookie. Well, I have found the best recipe out there. It was given to me by a girl in my singles ward about 5 years ago, her name is Christina Brooksby and this is her mom's recipe:

Shirley's Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 C. Crisco
1 lb. Dark Brown Sugar
1 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Bags Chocolate Chips
4 C. Flour

-Preheat oven to 350*. Mix crisco and sugar together until smooth, add eggs and vanilla, mix. Add the dry ingredients and scoop spoonfulls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

You will love them, they are the best!
