4th of July Weekend

Happy Independence Day! We had a great weekend and were able to spend it with both sides of the family. First we went to the Hyrum city parade. Noah and Porter had so much fun throwing poppers.
Then, it was off to my Aunt Lori's house for a 4th of July BBQ. We played water baseball, launched water balloons and had a great time visiting with family.

Next we were off to Bear Lake to stay at Jason's grandparents house with them and Jason's sister Amanda and our brother-in-law Tyler. That night we got to see the fireworks that were right over the lake, it was beautiful! Here is Noah and Amanda playing cards:
We played a lot of Wii. Grandma Nene is the pro at power bowling, we couldn't beat her! Then we hiked to the ice caves in Paris, ID. We went last year and there was no snow there, this year it was packed with snow. It was really cool!
Then we spent some time on the beach. It was so crowded this weekend that finding an open spot at the beach was pretty tricky, but we managed to have some fun in the beautiful clear water.
