We have been trying to get Noah potty trained before the baby comes but it just wasn't going well. Then my cousin Amber told us to try taking his diaper off during the day and that seems to be the trick with Noah. We still haven't been able to get him to go potty in his chair but he will go poo poo. At least we are getting somewhere! As a reward for his hard work, I took Noah to Target and we got him a toy. He chose a bubble machine, and it is so much fun. He absolutely loves it! Here he is attacking the bubbles...

I hope it will keep working for you! I am a horrible potty training mother, so I will just keep my mouth shut on this topic. Noah is so darn cute, I just love to see his sweet smile!
What ever works. I used to send Dean in with the boys to make bubbles in the toilet
